Candidates and workers
- Name, contact details, address and date of birth
- Work history, qualifications, licences and tickets (including White Card, high risk work licences and Working with Children Checks)
- Evidence of your right to work in Australia, including visa and passport details
- Tax file number, superannuation fund details and bank account details
- Emergency contact details
- Referee comments and background or police check results, where relevant to the role
- Health information where it is relevant to your fitness for a role, workplace adjustments, or a workplace injury
- Timesheets, site attendance and induction records
Clients and suppliers
- Business contact details and role
- Company details including ABN, and credit application and trade reference information
- Records of our dealings with you
Website visitors
- Information you provide through enquiry and application forms
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited
3. Sensitive information
Some of the information above — health information, and police or background check results — is "sensitive information" under the Privacy Act. We only collect it with your consent and where it is reasonably necessary for our functions, such as assessing fitness for a physically demanding role or meeting a client's site requirements.

We usually collect information directly from you: when you register with us, apply for a role, complete our onboarding process, submit a form on our website, or contact us.
We may also collect information from third parties, including referees, background checking providers, job boards, recruitment platforms and host employers. Where we collect information about you from someone else, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

- Host employers and clients — when we put you forward for, or place you into, a role. This is a core part of what we do as a labour hire business.
- Service providers — including our recruitment, onboarding, payroll and IT systems providers, and background checking services.
- Superannuation funds, insurers and workers compensation authorities.
- Government agencies and regulators — including the ATO and labour hire licensing authorities, where required or authorised by law.
- Professional advisers such as our lawyers and accountants.
We do not sell your personal information.

Some of the systems we use to store and process information may be hosted outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

If you have registered with us as a candidate, we may contact you about work opportunities by phone, SMS and email. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing us at the address below. Opting out of marketing will not stop us contacting you about a role you have already applied for or a placement you are currently working.
9. Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include access controls, secure systems and staff training.
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law — employment and payroll records, for example, must be kept for a minimum period. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
