Derrick Lam is the After Hours Healthcare Consultant at Dash Group, bringing over a decade of experience from the BPO/Call Centre industry. With a background in Culinary Arts, Derrick’s professional journey has seen him progress from Customer Service Representative (CSR) to Quality Assurance Officer, before transitioning into Training and Recruitment. At Dash Group, Derrick manages after-hours phone calls for shift requests, while also contributing to administration and compliance processes.
Outside of work, Derrick is a talented free-diver and a multilingual singer. Having taken voice lessons as part of his education, he can sing in six languages: Tagalog, English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese.
